On July 9, the first session of the Board of Directors of the Tsinghua High School Education Foundation was held in the conference room 101, Chengzhi Building, Tsinghua High School。Haidian District Education Commission Director Wang Fang, audit Section director Zheng Haiyan，Chi Jing, alumni representative of Tsinghua High School and assistant Secretary General of Tsinghua University Education Foundation，Tsinghua High School President Wang Dianjun, Party secretary Fang Yan，Wang Yingmin, deputy Secretary-General of Tsinghua High School Alumni Association，Du Yuzhen, Chairman of Tsinghua High School Education Foundation, and other directors attended the general meeting。The meeting was chaired by Hou Jinke, Secretary-General of the Foundation。

The participants first listened to and reviewed the Work report of the first Council, the Financial Work Report, and the Audit Report of the New Term of the Council.。Supervisor Zhang Jie read the "Supervisor's Opinion" and agreed that the Foundation should hold a new election。Later, Hou Jinke introduced the selection procedure, list and resume of the candidates for the second term of the Board, read out and passed the "Methods for the Election of the Board of Directors" by a show of hands of the first session of the Board.。The members of the first Board of Directors shall vote in accordance with the election method, and the list of directors and supervisors of the second Board of Directors shall be selected。The succession work was successfully completed。

Du Yuzhen mentioned in his speech that as the chairman of the first Council, looking back on the work carried out by the Council in the past five years, it is inseparable from the support of the Party and government leadership of the Tsinghua High School, and the Foundation expressed its heartfelt thanks。In the next five years, the second Council will continue to actively implement the work deployment of the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and the Haidian District Education Commission, consolidate the existing achievements, and continue to strive for higher goals, and make greater contributions to the development of education and public welfare undertakings in China。

Wang Fang, on behalf of Haidian District Education Commission, congratulated the members of the second Board of Directors of Tsinghua High School Education Foundation。He pointed out that in the past five years since its establishment, the Foundation has followed the direction of the District Education Commission, contributed to the development of Tsinghua High School, and also played a good demonstration role for social organizations at all levels in the area in terms of social services and poverty alleviation, and was unanimously affirmed by the Municipal Education Commission and the District Education Commission。It is hoped that the Foundation will more strictly abide by all laws and regulations in the future，Implement the requirements of relevant national policy documents，Establish and improve the corporate governance structure and operation mechanism in accordance with the articles of association，We will improve the system of council and board of supervisors，We will implement democratic elections, decision-making and management，Improve the internal supervision mechanism，Become a legal entity with clear powers and responsibilities, coordinated operation and effective checks and balances。

In his speech, Wang Dianjun pointed out that since its establishment, the High School attached to Tsinghua University has been adhering to the school motto of "self-improvement, moral commitment" and the concept of "education serving the society", and has not forgotten to give back to the society while developing itself, and has been rated as a 4A social organization by the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau。On behalf of Tsinghua High School, he expressed sincere thanks to the members of the first Council, and hoped that the second Council would continue to work hard under the leadership of the school, and write a new chapter for Tsinghua High School and educational public welfare undertakings in the second century of the Party's journey。
